The 2026 Moses Lake Carp Classic brought a fun day of bowfishing despite challenging weather conditions. Held on Saturday, May 16th at Connelly Park in Moses Lake, this year’s tournament welcomed 23 boats and 55 shooters. While the weather wasn’t ideal, spirits stayed high, and the competition was strong. By the end of the day, a total of 147 carp were shot, weighing in at 1,587 pounds.
The largest fish of the day tipped the scales at 23.6 pounds and was shot by Bricyn Kualii and Hunter Foultner. In the Big 10 category, the winning team of Kenny Vansteenkist and Nick Jamison brought in an impressive 139.6 pounds of carp. They also took home the award for most carp shot after hauling in 23 fish.
